Once you receive the Final Notice of Intent to Levy, you have 30 days to dispute this action with an IRS case manager. You also have the option to request a Collection Due Process Hearing with the appropriate Office of Appeals. It is important to note again that there is a 30 day window of time in which an individual taxpayer can appeal the levy notice received.
